"The only lady in the coffee shop was extremly rude withe us and the children. She didn't welcome us at all and from the beginning was very rude and passing unnecessary sarcastic comments. When we insisted to have our coffees hot and not warm, she...literally went crazy and asked us to leave the cafe after dictating to us how we are supposed to order and drink our coffee. Very impolite and unprofessional. Not recommended at all."

"A party of 8 of us arrived to a very warm welcome from the staff who proceeded to push tables together to accommodate us and do everything to make us comfortable. Our food arrived swiftly and we were amazed by the freshness and quality. We were staying in Zell am See for a week and must have visited this wonderful cafe every day while we were there. It was so good that my fussy eater of a husband even tried the Penne Dolce Latte (my personal favourite) and loved it! Every meal eaten by our entire party was thoroughly enjoyed and recommended. They have an orange juice squeezer which was fascinating to watch in action and the juice was delicious to drink! We highly recommend this little gem and will definitely go back to them on our return visits."

"Traditional Austrian style and decor, with all the charm and elegance. The hotel is a 5 Star Superior offering a plethora of incredible amenities. We opted for the half board option which mean't a fabulous breakfast and a wonderful dinner offering traditional dishes, non traditional western dishes as well as a vegetarian option.I can't say enough about the staff, Annemarie and her team were warm, attentive, and very professional, we were really treated incredibly at every turn by the staff. The owner an elegant elderly woman also met us personally and visited with us during our dinners to ensure our satisfaction.The rooms are huge, well appointed, and very comfortable with very large bathrooms and all the amenities one could hope for.Zell am See itself is a quaint village with a very typical Austrian feel and elegance. The highlight is obviously the skiing which is world class, offering great options for beginners all the way to very advanced skiers. There is also a decent sized lake which would allow for great summer water sports and more."

"We were a family with friends here today for breakfast! But never manage to order, due to we left this “looking nice” place, because of very rude service!!! We didn’t accept the way the woman was speaking to us, so rude, we left chocked!! Never...again and I hope you read this comments before you visit and meet their stuff!!!! Don’t recommend!!!"

"We’re looking for “halal” food in Zell am See, and this is on of them. Won’t visit if there are other better choices. All pricey with awful service. The table is literally has nothing. You have to ask for plates, tissues, salt, pepper. The food was ok but not impressive. We’re family with kids. We tried the kebab and pizza. We had also salad and hummus. You have to pay 3 Euro for the bread."

"Nice place for a coffee. They offer oat milk which is pretty hard to get in the neighbourhood. They have also some vegetarina, vegan and Gluten-free options. Not a lot but if you compare other places in Austrian mountains you will quickly admit that it's more than enough"
