"I went inside with the intention of going to the toilet before ordering my food and while halfway up the stairs, the employee by the door screamed at me in front of the entire restaurant saying that it was not a public toilet and I...couldn’t use the facilities unless I had ordered food. i would happily have ordered food afterwards, as it was rush hour and waiting half an hour for my food would have resulted in an accident. She was very rude, didn’t get her name or I would’ve made a complaint to her manager. I’ve never been so disrespected or embarrassed after walking into what I thought would be a professional environment with understanding employees. Overall, very upset and will not be going back."
