"I haven't been here since the pandemic, but we're here at lunch and were the only ones in the restaurant. We had taken our orders right away and service is great. I have a chicken pillow thai and my husband has the Thai Purple Curry. My pad thai was so delicious. The noodles were cooked correctly and it was so tasteful. I mixed in bean sprouts etc. and it was the best combo ever. My husband Curry had exactly the right amount of spices in and the potatoes and vegetables in Curry were boiled right. We'll be back."

"Great deals and good flavors happening over here. Alhambra is the place for great food. I don?t know why we go anywhere else. Except that we don?t live in the area and Los Angeles is literally exploding with exceptional culinary experiences I tell you. Sushi was buy one get one 50 percent off. And when we ordered beer we found out they only serve Sapporo in the large size and if you buy one the second is a mere 25 cents!!!! This blew my mind and we resolved to get drunk before our six year old friend?s birthday party."

"I ordered the braised pork egg on rice. It tasted good but the rice was kinda hard. If they cook the rice softer then it'll be perfect. If you dine in, you have scan a QR code to order. It's my first time doing that. I rather have a human take my order."

"I would recommend this ramen place if you're a ramen lover. I ordered their Hakata ramen, Satsuma ramen, takoyaki and mille crepe cake few days ago. It was a hot day that day and we held a party outdoor but then we had to move it to indoor. Hakata ramen (pork flavored ramen with chashu pork, green onion, pickled ginger sesame seeds) $12.50I like their ramen noodles soup base so much. The taste was on point and flavorful. Some ramen places like to add bamboo shoot but I hate that. It ruins the ramen soup flavor and I'm glad that they did not add bamboo shoot into it. Chashu pork was soft and delicious. Satsuma ramen (rich chicken, pork vegetable based broth, thick noodles, chashu pork, bean sprouts, green onions crispy fried onions) $12Their thick noodles were also delicious. I like Hakata ramen pork flavored soup base more than this one though. (my personal preference) I like that they put a lot of crispy fried onions on top of the ramen. Takoyaki $6 deep fried octopus pancake ball, okonomi sauce, mayo, topped with bonito flakes green laver (5 pcs) we ordered Takoyaki as appetizer and they were okay, we've had better Takoyaki at other places mille crepe cake $6.5 homemade style crepe cake with vanilla flavor. Highly recommended!!!! tasted heavenly! Service was good and the staff were friendly. Their price was very reasonable. Oh, I forgot to mention that they have Yakitori too. We will go back there soon."

"Review for take out . The line was outside the door and yet the cashier, Toni worked fast tackle the orders and made drinks order and still friendly. Hope the management recognize their employees because employees like Toni, will bring great business by working efficient, effective and friendly. Just a friendly suggestion to food preparer : to reduce salt on fries or fried green bean. Overpowering salt will destroy the food taste. Thank you."

"It was easy to order over the phone. I told the staff my ETA and they had it ready by the time I came to pick up. They 're cash only, so I had to go to the ATM from the CVS place next door but that was fine (I should know since I 'm Asian)! I got 2 orders of banh ut dac biet which is a traditional Vietnamese dish that is steamed and rolled crepe topped with herbs, fried shallots, and steamed pork slices. It comes with a fish sauce that ties it all together, and reminds me of childhood because this is what my mom used to often make in the mornings for me. My only complaint is that I wished the portions were bigger as I was expecting more since the word dac biet means special. Maybe I 'm just greedy lol!"
