"On the occasion of our wedding anniversary, we decided to try this place for dinner. Arrived on the spot, the place, from the outside, does not give the idea of what it is hiding. Inside, the restaurant is very well cared for in every detail with the possibility of having a meal while observing the chef and his collaborators prepare the dishes in the very well maintained and clean open kitchen. We were greeted excellently with extreme cordiality. The tables are well spaced from each other and also of ideal size. Very interesting is the menu which includes both fish and meat courses. The cellar with products from any Italian region as well as some foreign products is also extremely vast and interesting. We chose to have a fish-based dinner choosing three starters and a first course each. While waiting to receive the appetizers we were served a delicious cream of pumpkin with ginger and tuna bottarga and we were brought a basket with various types of bread (delicious the one with onions), all made by them. Each dish has been taken care of in the smallest detail (the attached photos will never make the visual impact received), with an evident passion in their realization. With a spectacular taste, as an appetizer, egg with hazelnuts, cetara anchovies, cheese and truffles. Each bite was a delightful find. The stuffed squid is also very good and captivating: exquisite. Just as delicious was the third starter based on blue fish and mozzarella. As first courses we chose the paccheri with amberjack ragù, spectacular both on the eye and on the palate, and a linguina with prawns and cherry tomatoes not included in the menu and pleasant too. To conclude the desserts, very delicate, tasty and greedy. All accompanied by an excellent Falanghina. The bill, considering the quality of what was received, was more than adequate. A really recommended place where I will try to return as soon as possible."
