"Sansai is a deceptively good spot for lunch or a light dinner. Located in the rear (right) of a fast-food strip mall next to the east entrance to BUR airport , they serve japanese style plates, soups and salads. The prices are low-medium range, lunch will set you back $15 to $20. An unusual feature of this resteraunt is the use of large touch screens to take your order, kinda like Mcdonald 's. There seems to be plenty of staff waiting behind the counter to hand out orders, I don 't see the point of the halfway self-service, but it works well enough. Great spot to eat if you are coming or going from the airport."

"I really enjoyed the food and service here.I'm only giving 3 stars for the atmosphere instead of 5 because the music playing didn't match the vibe of the restaurant.Also the TV's were playing sports which didn't match the vibe either.When going into a Japanese restaurant I expect a calm environment, a cultural experience.One of the customers told me that the owner prefers modern trap and pop music. That's jarring to the ears, other customers have complained that they don't like to hear curse words in the music being played, especially when they are with their children.Luckily the staff was kind enough to switch the music upon request and even ask me for a suggestion.Lo-fi instrumentals are a great recommendation for this restaurant.Overall an amazing experience."
