"Our server was great. I ordered the bento box with shrimp and vegetables tempura, California roll, fried rice, salad and miso soup and edamame for appetizer. It was not good at all. The edamame had way to much table salt on them. The shrimp tempura was good but the doughy batter on the vegetables was way to thick and undercooked, the fried rice if you want to call it that was disgusting and oily, the California rolls were made sloppy and very small. They need to hire a sushi chef ASAP."

"Tried for the first time because recommended by someone . The restaurant and service itself is wonderful. Staff seems very friendly. But some questions I have left unanswered or unclear. Personally this restaurant did not suit me. The foods did not meet my expectations. You see regularly returning customers and you would think it would be great. It just didn't work out for me. Thanks for the business. The side dishes were small and less in variety. I was expecting my poke bowl to be in a bowl along with rice etc, but it was just chunks of fish with teriyaki sauce on top (should read the menu carefully)... the soup dish my party dared to try....saw that coming...bland . The spicy octopus dish was told to be delicious, but I didn't get to enjoy it. Try it for yourself, maybe weekday before 2:30pm. Where there is a lunch menu that is easier on the wallet."

"Out-of-town visit to Baltimore on business, had lunch at Slurpin Ramen on my 2nd day. Being a lover of noodles I took an extra portion of ramen and chose the Shoyu Ramen bowl. The soup base was very good, could do better being hotter temperature-wise, otherwise no complaints. Only exception, was the extra noodles that may not have been flashed boiled to rinse off excess baking soda, that gave it a funky taste. Got to chat for a awhile with the owner, Angelica (I think), a very friendly lady that loved customer feedback and the knowledge of doing what she loves! I would recommend everyone to try the authentic ramen dishes on offer."

"Asian Night Market Provider. $10 for the smallest part in the event. the event sucked out for other reasons, but as a place that took a good lkw and many people who tried this place for the first time, the size and taste of the dran was incomparable and tiny. their food content was half the normal sushi roll for half price and taste. very disappointing"

"I've been a customer for more than 10 years. the shrimp tempura appetizer is great! the sweet and acidic dishes, and kung pao huhn as well as general tso dishes are all delicious and perfectly cooked. Now, recently they have added Thai food on the menu and the Thai fried rice with basilikum is exceptional. do I need more? I could just walk and pick up my order."

"My recent dining experience at Fujiyama, a Japanese and sushi restaurant, was mostly delightful with a few minor hiccups. Let's start with the highlight of the evening – the sushi. It was, without a doubt, very, very good. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, and the portions were satisfyingly filling. I couldn't get enough of the sushi, and it's certainly a reason to visit Fujiyama. However, the mochi we ordered didn't quite live up to our expectations. It fell short of the high standards set by the sushi. While it wasn't terrible, it just didn't hit the mark for us. What really stood out, though, was the staff's kindness and friendliness. Their warm hospitality added to the overall positive experience. They were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our meal. Fujiyama is a great spot for sushi enthusiasts, offering top-notch sushi and friendly service. While the mochi left something to be desired, the overall dining experience was enjoyable. I would definitely return for the sushi, and I appreciate the staff's welcoming demeanor. #SushiLovers #FujiyamaEats"
