"I mistakenly gave this habit a 1 star rating, that's not even close. I've been coming to this location for a few months, it's actually a miracle they put one in Hesperia, I live in San Bernardino but come up the hill to spend time with family and will get us something a step above standard fast food (when I have some extra money) and feel like having a double char combo, or a teriyaki char, or my favorite The Santa Barbara char. I do miss the golden spicy chicken sandwich, but I don't think that's been a thing for a few years. The staff has always been super friendly, they keep everything clean, and if I want my fries a little more crispy they know exactly how to do it. I had a free char burger for my birthday a few months ago, but for whatever reason the code on my phone wasn't scanning. We tried a couple times, and they gave me a free char burger. But being me, I need fries and it was my birthday so I splurged on a milkshake, and it felt like my own personal little birthday gift to myself. I'm sorry I bumped the one star, it was not accurate at all."

"What an outstanding experience! Promptly welcomed into the restaurant and seated as soon as I entered. My chef Justin was awesome, he makes this appetizer salad that is just off the chain! Delicious! My server (i didnt get her name) was incredible, very attentive to me and kicking butt the whole time running between tables around the restaurant. What an absolute asset to the establishment! Thank you. I truly look forward to coming back, it had been quite some time since I'd been by."

"I ordered 3 chicken bowls last night when i got home i noticed all 3 bowls had no veggies and full of onions, i tried calling last night and their mail box was full i couldnt leave message or speak to anyone, i went back down to resturant and they refused to remake my order or give me my money back their mailbox was still full i showed them, i was told i had to make the complaint same day in order for them to do something well they didnt. Im upset with this place"
