"The food is always fresh here. Their prices and the quality of their fish are amazing. They also have uni and Kumamoto oysters occasionally. Lately, we celebrated my daughter's birthday here. The staff was so accomodating with our random party of 9. They even put my daughter's cake in their fridge and placed candles on it while we were eating. Love this place!"

"That is what has been left to the forerunner of our philadelphia roll, rainbow roll, unagi and sake sashimi and shrimp and sweet tempura. for two people! as they can see, eating was a very tasty and the portions of the sashimi we are simply the largest portions we had everywhere. We've been here five times, and we're not disappointed yet!"

"My fiance and I were just stopping through Lodi and decided to have lunch here. And we're so glad we did! Sushi is our favorite food, and Sushi Bistro did not disappoint. My fiance got a nigiri platter and I got a couple specialty rolls and it was all A+ quality, from service, to presentation, to taste. I only wish we lived nearby, because we would come here on the regular!"

"Me and my wife love the sushi at oz. We would eat there at least twice a month. And had a great experience every time. Except the last time. We ordered the same things that we always order. But this time when they brought us our food, there was still plastic wrap on our sushi rolls. Which I didn't notice until I had taken a bite. I pulled off 3 pieces of plastic wrap off of one roll. They comped the one roll. And the other rolls weren't as good as they usually are. Its too bad because we really liked the place. And now it's kind of left a bad taste in our mouth and we haven't been back. I'm bummed because it was our favorite sushi spot"
