"I like Oishi’s location, it’s in a small downtown square space with modern building and businesses. The staff are extremely friendly, in these covid times, they maintain distance, and wear PPE. We ordered quite a few things and the food came fast and hot. Burnt out mouths with the takoyaki. Appetizers are good, one of the best soft shelled crabs I’ve ever had. The fish cake was a nice surprise as well. I took off one star for the sushi quality, the sushi is not quite on par with the rest of the menu. The ramen were good, the appetizers were good, the sushi was okay."

"This restaurant is very unsettling for a Japanese/Asian style restaurant. The staff barely says a word and never has a smile on there faces. I order a simple shoyu ramen and it tasted nothing like a shoyu ramen, and also the topping advertised on the picture does not come in the dish. I recommend Happy Sushi right across the road if you are looking for a Japanese restaurant around the area."

"Jajangmyeon- I never had jajangmyeon with udon noodles? it was very different. Wish they would call it jajang udon instead. Korean fried chicken- could be double fried as it was rather doughy. Dragon Roll- good; portion was rather small. Overall was average. I liked how they had the right amount of banchan. Place looked clean and Korean music added a nice touch."
