"When I went up to the counter to place, my order the first thing I said was that I didn’t want cold sushi from the fridge. I said I want it to be made fresh because I don’t like cold sushi from the fridge. And I ordered the special and asked if I could have noodle instead of rice, and he said yes. When I went to pay, there was an additional one dollar fee and I said what is this for and he said that is for the noodle instead of the rice. A whole lot, more money to make noodles than it does to make rice. I was upset because I hadn’t noticed that additional fee he would not have told me that. Then, on top of it after I paid when I got my meal, the sushi was cold and dried out from being in the fridge. I was ready to throw it at him. When I asked him about it, he said they have regulations, and that it Has to be in the fridge. I said it Has to be in the fridge if you don’t make it fresh and I specifically asked you to not serve me sushi that had been in the fridge. He didn’t offer to remake it, or give me anything different. I will never ever eat at Edo from Olds Alberta again."

"We ordered a few different items to go, as the eat in area was completely packed. The sushi was very fresh, and was ready pretty quickly considering how busy it was! I'd love to see more selection on the sushi rolls!"
