"The food was very good, however there was very little room to make changes to menu items and the noodle bowl we ordered without onions, carrots and cabbage came with all three minus the opposite ingredients. The Lobster Spring roll and sushi were excellent. I would say our server was a little defensive. We really had no complaints despite the inability to switch things up. A solid 4 and easily a 5 if they become a little more flexible. However the entrance is in a mall. That’s hard to deny from an atmosphere perspective. Inside is very good."

"Pros: really good pizza and sushi, great cocktails. Nice decor, clean. Cons: The creative dishes of the cook miss the brand with strange flavor combinations and small overpriced portions. Unfortunately, his attitude is also bad. Hopefully, owners will listen to feedback and change the menu because STL really needs a successful kosher restaurant."

"Blk Mkt Eats is fantastic! If you're craving sushi, but want a little more bang for your buck this is the place to go. I highly recommend and usually order the OG Fire Salmon Burrito, but decided to try a bowl this time which was the best of both worlds with both salmon and shrimp tempura. The fish always tastes fresh and the sauces are even more delicious. Can't wait until their Maplewood location is open, so I can satisfy my sushi burrito cravings more often!"

"Great sushi. Fish is as fresh as you can get it! The beer is ice cold. And the miso is hot. Their service is very quick and attentive. A very humble atmosphere. Very traditional for a sushi restaurant so it makes you feel comfortable if you’re from out of town looking for a great sushi spot. The late open hours make it perfect for the traveler or a late night sushi craving. With many options in the area. Im glad i made this my choice. Sushi in a strip mall is always…. always, the best choice. Five Stars! Will be back again."

"A great dinner experience. When we were seated we were told that Nikki was going to be our server. I was thrilled because I had read a recent review that mentioned her by name. She delivers great service friendly, polite, professional! The food was delightful, the service was awesome. We'll be back! (Tuesday 11 16 2021) Interesting note two different servers named Nikki in a week, both were awesome!"
