"Simple and no frills kind of Japanese place. Not really your typical izakaya given that menu is limited. But everything we ordered tasted really good. I love the fried garlic clams, the sauce was so good I can eat this simply with rice all the time. Beef with foie gras sauce and grilled chicken wings were amazing too. Will definitely come back here for the food again!"

"Chanced upon this nostalgic Japanese restaurant on a rainy day to have a hot dinner. Had Kitsune Udon and Salmon Ura Maki (I wolfed it down before I could take a photo . Service was fast and staff, May Chen, was very friendly and thoughtful. She offered me a half-sized portion off the menu because I wanted a variety of maki and noodles. Very kind and thoughtful of her. Thank you May! : Both dishes were delicious. The restaurant is larger than most Japanese restaurants I have been to and I believe offers private rooms too. I'll be back to try more dishes and explore more! :"

"Gathering with 4 old primary school friends. Started at 6.30pm and finished about 10pm . Spacious and quite. Oyster and seafood are fresh. Varieties of Chinese, Indian and western food. Service us good as waitress are very attentive. Parking fee a little expensive."

"Ordered assorted oysters, lobster, rib-eye, fish and chips, clams, banana pie. Oysters were fresh and plump. Lobster was good and cooked nicely. Steak had a nice rub to it, cooked medium rare. Fish and chips portion was huge, my son could not finish it. The batter was fluffy and had a light crunch at the same time. Clams broth was a little too salty. We soaked the bread in it to make it less so. Clams were sweet eaten on their own. The pie was light with choice of ice cream. Will probably try the others next time here. Service was friendly and generally accommodating. We enjoyed the meal and will come again."

"1st time visiting this place and I am WOW-d by the food. $4.80 for Teriyaki Chicken nasi lemak $1.20 for the curry vegetables is reasonable. Rice is very fragrant, sambal is awesome and i asked for extra. Service is friendly. There is a public car park nearby so very convenient for drivers."
