Money Value of the evening was a 7.5 but understand why prices were a little high.Boutique hotel downtown, Good embience, Food had a taste to it met the evening uniqueness. "We ate there recently with a group - it was very nice we had our own room. The food is very good - the best shrimp I have eaten - ever! Our table had a variety of things fish, chicken and some of us had the beef - it was very good. All very fresh ingredients.Service was very good and staff is very chearfull.There is art all over the walls on the restaurant which you can purchase - some pretty awesome ones depicting very typical scenes from st. john's. They are put there by a local gallery and they will pack and ship things to your home if you want.Great location - great views of the harbour."

"Sushi lovers, this is the place for you. Non-sushi lovers (like myself), you can also survive here. The menu has a variety of options, mainly traditional Japanese sushi, but also chicken nuggets, deep-fried cheese wongtongs, etc. I would recommended doing the buffet between each table and sampling all the options. Buffett is about $30.Service is fast and food is prepared neat and tasty. Staff was quite friendly and my overall first experience here was great."

"I recommend LIV. The hot and sour soup was amazing. The best I have had (and I have had many! , and the tempura squash was very, very, very good. Service was excellent. It's a nice room too."
