"The chef of the il tummà tavern has managed very well to combine the cuisine of her Neapolitan and Apulian origins, with its typical local ingredients. We tasted the fioroni terrine with buffalo mozzarella. Layers of this fragrant fruit, combined with flavored bread and dried tomatoes. I would say a dish of great character and originality. The aubergine parmigiana, real and genuine. Linguine alla Nerano, revisited with ricotta salata, really good. Also linguine with pine nuts, raisins, breadcrumbs and anchovies, a boost of genuine cuisine with typical southern flavors. Even the pasta used has a particularly interesting flavour. Infiore extra virgin olive oil, green, intense, Coratina cultivar, gave a decided touch of Puglia. We didn't ask for the wine list, I don't know if they have any, but they recommended an excellent Calabrian rosé. Autochthonous gaglioppo vine, which accompanied well what we ate. Perfect welcome, perfect service. We were just passing through and we are very sorry not to be able to come back soon to try the rest of their menu, which I've seen changes often, but I'm sure it would always give good sensations, given the perfect interpretation of these two exceptional cuisines!
