"Pretty delicious food!! The place was a little small for seating area, but the food came out hot and ready. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Me and my friends, did a family style meal and tried a lil bit of a few things on the menu. No regrets!! Plus this place is right off the metro too"

"The worst Chinese I've ever eaten. I paid for our meal and tipped 2 hours to close. There was nothing on the buffet. No egg rolls, barely any rice or lo mein, many main dishes gone. Then, the woman came to us and translated in her phone why her restaurant didn't have food (it is custom for there to be less at night). Okay, cook some food! It was the most awkward and terrible birthday dinner of my life. We left and are now paying for fast food."

"We had a great dinner in akira. service was top notch, we were not waiting for order, get our food, or get water refills. had the BG wheels, the broth was warm and savory and highly recommended to get a side of the homemade hot soße paste, as it added a beautiful kick to the court without bringing down the taste in any way."

"They totally OVER BOOKED for Valentines Day. Got there at 8:00pm for reservations and there were at least 4 couples who had reservations BEFORE us that were waiting to be seated. Staff at the restaurant were not informative at all of any possible wait or delays. Bad customer service all around won’t be returning!"

"We went there a few evenings ago with a friend living around and so we knew it would be a good place. And it was, definitely ! For DC, it's not an expensive restaurant regarding the globale experience. In addition to the quality and good taste of what we ate, the staff was very pleasant despite a busy Pride day."

"Teaism is a great find in the middle of D.C. Dinners cost between $15 and $20 and are ample portions! We loved everything we tried, especially their selection of hot and iced teas and their bento trays. There is plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. The atmosphere is clean and tasteful. I would definitely recommend this place for a casual eating experience!"
