What are the top rated restaurants in Yakima where I can eat Tempura?

"Hmmm I wouldn 't even describe this as normal Japanese or Chinese food etc. Small portions and it isn 't worth the expense they charge. Staff are mainly Young teenager/adults whom some still need to learn how to properly work and to better serve guess etc. It was so bad I believe the robot they had going around carrying things etc would 've done a better job. Anyhow the food was not your regular/ordinary food and it was small portions, the noodles are some kind of wheat noodles, the fried rice was pretty bland, the mini soup they had was nasty along with the mini salad they had with some type of ginger dressing and the fountain sodas were lacked flavor as of they needed to replace it with fresh pop for the machine it came out of. I believe one of the staff I saw there was taking a bit long with my drink and he apparently thought I said just water and he then returned with water he poured from a pitcher and I told him that 's not what I wanted I ordered a Sprite and then he shrugs and says okay be right back with your drink when he bought it to me he gave a funny look and said sarcastically sorry for the wait if I 'm not mistaken it looked like there was a mini spat on the top side of my Sprite because I had watch it for about a few minutes and it remained like a thick fizz just only on that side part of the drink. I dunno if I saw it that way but it made me feel uncomfortable to a point I couldn 't drink it after all of that and the way he looked and said what he said in a sarcastic way etc but my overall experience was not good I would never come back there again it 's not worth it."

"Best fish and chip joint in town.. Ahoy Fish and Chips is an unlikely place and location to have the best fried fish in town. It isn't a huge restaurant, and it isn't fancy, but the product is oh, so good.<br/ <br/ The owners use a tempura-like batter for the fish, light and crispy. The fish is served very hot and the breading isn't soaked in oil or greasy. Their onion rings are also fried in the same tempura batter and are also equally light and crispy.<br/ <br/ Part of having really good fish and chips is also having great sides. They serve a tangy but not overly seasoned tartar sauce and also include a side of some of the best coleslaw in town. They also have at the table malt vinegar, which is my favorite condiment with fried fish. The tempura batter soaks up the malt vinegar just like a sponge and the taste of the two together with the wonderful quality fish they use is just spectacular.<br/ <br/ Beware, the place can only seat about 12 people comfortably so be prepared to get takeout, especially on a busy lunch hour. Also be prepared to wait a bit for your food to come out once ordered. Everything is made to order, and it is so worth it."
