"If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. Every time I have been here which has only been a handful of times, they get my order wrong. Either something is missing, they gave me the wrong item or someone else’s order. I go thru the drive thru each time and wait about 20-30 minutes to even get my food. There has been a couple times where I waited so long I just ended up leaving without my food because i am on a one hour lunch break and don’t have time to wait for them. Today, I went and got food, just a burger and fries and a side of Mac n cheese w a drink. They told me it would take 30 minutes for me to get root beer so to pick something else. Then when I checked my bag there was no sauces in there so I asked for the sauce thinking that everything was okay, went across the street to park at my work and eat my lunch just to see at the bottom of the bag they gave me mashed potatoes w gravy… so I drove back to get the right thing just for them to be annoyed about it. That’s the second time I’ve had to go back to get my right stuff in the past 2 months. These people that work here don’t care about their customers or their job, nor does their manager. What a horrible excuse of a ran down fast food restaurant."

"I was in a line at the drive thru. The line did not move for 15 minutes. Maybe a shift change?? It was pitch black in the line, and no outside lights were on. I informed the cashier at the window there were no lights on ...even the KFC sign was black, and you couldn't read the menu outside either. The poor lady was doing her best to keep up with the long line."

"Absolutely delicious and what amazed me the most was one of the employees who helped me get the best deal for my buck!! I thought that that employee really cares about the customer, so I want to say thank you to that individual. Her mannerism towards me wasn't KFC doing(8 know you guy's had a part in it in teaching them about customer service, but this was different. She Her upbringing and her thoughtfulness is what grabbed my attention! Thanks again KFC for hiring her. And also for your great food, which I only eat very seldom."
