"We went into Tres Chiles, expecting to find your average Mexican restaurant. This was any but. The service was fantastic and soon we were informed that it was 'bufet a la carte ', meaning that you can try anything on the menu. The kind waiter offered us a chance to sample everything on the menu and dishes were brought out fresh from the kitchen, one after another. The food was very traditional and also a bit different, trying grilled cactus for the first time. This restaurant is highly recommendable, especially if you are on the hungry side."
