"My family and I always order from here but the past two times I've had the worst customer service from them. We ordered a large pizza and bbq boneless wings, they gave me mild wings. Then I called to see if they can correct the order and the driver goes to the wrong address and drops it off.... bruh how ion know. So then they just offered a credit for the next time I order. So boom I call to order my bbq boneless wings and there still charging me the delivery fee, they said manager can speak to me, never even spoke to me. I feel like I'm still paying for a mistake y'all made .... the customer service is just decreasing even though the food is great the service is wack. Not professional at all."

"This is my go to burger joint and have never been disappointed. Teriyaki Char is awesome. I love the Tempura Green Beans. Very cool option outside the usual fries, which theirs won't let you down even if you choose to stick with the usual."

"When you order delivery make sure you look at the receipt before adding a tip. Delivery guy told me the price, not knowing he added gratuity, making the tip almost $8 dollars for a $23.00 dollar order. I like the food, but not good business AT ALL!"

"Worst buffet I've ever been to, and the most expensive. The chicken was very, very dry, the soda tasted watered down. Everything tasted old, dry and much like cheap freezer food. They also changed their prices, no more free refills on soda! They will gladly come ask you to refill, but if you're not aware (my sister) you'll be shocked when you see your bill. Every buffet I've ever been to offers free refills on drinks. 0/10 will never go back. Over $100 for 2 kids and 3 adults (over 10 is charged as adult). They automatically add a gratuity charge. Take your money elsewhere. Panda Express has much better food. This was so gross."

"Amazing chicken! The teriyaki chicken was cooked to perfection! Juicy and tender and SO GOOD! I will definitely be back! My hubby said his gyoza things were a bit dry but I think it was because he had to wait a while to eat them. I’m sure if he would have had them fresh, they would have been better! Best teriyaki chicken I’ve had in a while! Delicious!"

"Food Quality is far more poor than what I remember, not worth how expensive it is really. They need to spend time to fix the building and train their cooks, or find another real chef. When I go out I'm looking for food better than what I can make at home, thoroughly disappointed. Not to mention the one sided seat is absurd and shouldn't be set up in clear view of where the building is rotting and dripping water. Also paying with card is not recommended, no kidding the lady didn't even bring it back, I had to go and remove it from the front desks little card machine."
