"It is actually my wife that appreciates the burgers here. To me there is a small differential between burgers from fast food establishments and I look for something different. I ordered the tuna burger/sandwich with little expectation. The sandwich was served rare and actually very good. Together with the fried green beans I really enjoyed the meal. Looking forward to going back and having the sandwich again."

"The Flowing Tide in Sparks was our Monday night new place to visit . We arrived during the weekday happy hour. So we ordered a 1/2 price draft and a $6 nachos. The beer was cold and smooth. The nachos was a bit of a disappointment. Bagged chips, bottled salsa, factory gaucamole, jarred pickled jalapenos, black olives, melted cheese and some dry chicken. The nachos were nothing special but it was a very large serving. The wife ordered fish and chips. The fish was firm and moist yet still had the crispy exterior. The fries were average. The coleslaw bland. I tried the beef and chicken kabobs. The beef kabob had a bottled teriyaki sauce slathered on it. Overall pretty good. The chicken kabob had some kind of sauce that actually was very tasty. A good plate of food. The interior is typical bar/grill, TVs everywhere and loud music playing. A must try during happy hour. 2pm to 6 pm and 10pm to midnight."

"I’ve been to this place twice and my 1st experience was so amazing I went back a 2nd time with my sister(Aug 1, 2023 about 12:30p) within just a few days of our 1st dine in. I was so disappointed to have experienced such awful customer service by 2 of your workers one named Chris and the other Olivia. We were caught off guard when I happened to see them huddling and laughing after we had asked for ginger. We shook it off up until we were about to walk out that Olivia kept staring looking annoyed! So I asked are you ok? Are you mad? To which she was surprised cause she didn’t know I was watching her facials. She quickly changed her attitude and from the back Chris comes out of nowhere..yelling we can refuse service…you can’t talk to my coworker like that..while I’m trying to explain he had no idea what was going on…so I’m here because he said, if you have a problem leave us a review on yelp! We exchanged words…we left and tried calling to ask their names..to which Chris answered said uhhh then hung up. We called again and someone else answered. On top of that we were more disappointed to find he didn’t put crab salad on our poke..lol even after tipping them, they seemed to be very unhappy..upset for some reason. You have an awesome establishment…great food! People pay good money for a good experience all around. I’m sure you are aware that customer service goes a long way and can affect your business tremendously. I hope you take this review into consideration. People have bad days…yes! But it should not be taken out on ur customers. People get paid to do a job the best they can. Thank you. -Vee"
