"The salmon tartar input was excellent and the shrimps were very good. And the shrimp curry with rice is also delicious, but the sauce is very sewing, I asked for a spoon. Toffee dessert proved very sweet, impossible. I'm not done. So it’s not for everyone. But overall the atmosphere is good, it is better to book in advance."

"Côtes de boeuf grillées, sauce bernaise, perfectly cooked. ordered the “Demi” for two and was perfectly serving for two. also share the salat verte, delicious. perfect meal pour deux! for a start you could go with the prosciutto with melo, nice together. before or after! the wine pairing was 2013 chateau gros caillou. parfait! and to add the “Assing to the cake” for dessert, soufflé grand mariner. how can they not get the sgm en France...parfait! et voila! perfect meal on a perfect juillet night!"

"This restaurant was my favourite restaurant in the whole world (truly) until my birthday meal. I had only been to this restaurant once in January 2015 and was blown away by the crispiest & fattiest duck confit as well as seared Foie Gras. The authentic French vibe and waiters was an added bonus. I fell in love with the restaurant.Now, I don't think I will ever go back again. Once you've had a disappointing meal, you wouldn't risk paying the price again. This meal was for a special birthday and I came with my partner for a 9pm booking (quite time for the restaurant). The menu had changed only slightly as they no longer served pan fried Foie Gras but that just meant for room for the Confit. We waited for 40 minutes and we were so excited to dig into our confit but our hearts sank when we had the most dry & un-confit duck on our plates. I even had a picture in my phone of the Confit we had last year and it was three times the size of this poorly looking duck leg. The service was not as good as the last time either. We had a souffle in the end which is what the two-stars was for because it was to be honest the best souffle we have had (16 Euros). If only this restaurant was consistent or as they say, maybe the chef was having a bad day. Once is enough and I don't think I will return. For duck confits, go to Au Petit Sud Ouest which have always been consistent with their food."
