"I accidentally ordered via Eat.ch using my friend's name and then called specifically to give them the correct name. When the courier came he couldn't find my house. During the phone call that followed, I told him the name again where he had to ring the bell. When he showed up after 10 minutes, he was totally unfriendly and started off by complaining that my friend's name wasn't written on the doorbell and that I didn't open the door for him, even though he apparently rang the bell. He definitely didn't ring the bell. Such behavior is absolutely wrong and unprofessional. Pizza was okay, but the base was completely soaked. The ingredients were probably all from the can. We definitely won't be ordering here again."
