"Waited an hr. To be seated to celebrate our special 52nd anniversary! My H's steak was burnt to crisp; inedible!!! Sent it back but the waitress had us keep the fries which were ice cold by the time we got his 2nd steak 15-20 min later! I was finished eating by the time he got his! It was too loud; music blaring people yelling to hear each other!! When I tried to use pepper, it wasn't dispensing, so removed the cap it was overfilled pepper went all over my meal was too spicy then!"
