"The lady working the drive thru was rude, we are still waiting for our food. How it's as filling as our wait was long!!! ???????????? ? Well I obviously jumped the gun on doing a review so early, while I was in line at the drive-thru, so to continue that..... They gave us our food and we drove off, as I was looking through the bag I noticed there's only one meal in there and a half of another I said wait a minute turn around,so we turn around and I go inside I say, this is not all the things we ordered they looked at it and searched the computer and looked at it again and then asked a co-worker something in Spanish, and looked at the receipt and then looked in the cash register, spoke to the cook and then looked in the cash register and then asked another co-worker and they shook their head and pointed had the bag then pointed at me and was speaking Spanish, so I don't know what they're saying. I started questioning them. I'm like what's going on, and then as they're trying to figure it out they realize that I paid too much for what I have, okay so they're going to give me some money back as they're trying to figure this out this lady comes up behind me and starts speaking to one of the other ladies in Spanish and I don't know what they're saying and the lady behind the counter takes the bag and sets it down and the cook comes around and looks at what's in the bag and he starts pointing at me speaking Spanish again and I'm like what's going on, hello, talk to me, what's going on, and finally the cook who hardly spoke any English went to the bag and then pointed me and says yours. I said oh that's mine and he's a yes yours and so he tells the cashier something in Spanish again I said what did he say and she's like well he cannot give you this food now that some other customer has had it and brought it back so he has to remake it. So I say what about the rest of the order because it's been sitting here while you guys figured everything out and it's cold he looked at the cashier and cashier told him in Spanish and he shook his head he's like okay and he took the bag from me and remade the whole order and then we finally got to leave got home and I took a picture of my that I ordered, and even though it was a hassle to get that food to cook did right and he made it awesome so thank you for that!!"

"Not a bad place, quiet, good food, great service so stop on in and get your favs and enjoy. It has a different taste from some Filiberto’s but still well worth the stop. Rice was reallly good, ground beef a lil salty, over all I’d recommend any time."

"(Been here 3 times and they have gotten my orders wrong and missing food) Edit 12/06/21 Been here many times after posting my first review about this place a few months back, and they have improved. Order were always rights, more and better communication, also just verifying Orders are a good thing to do. But other than that their food is also good, except that one day with the super nachos,(didn't mind tho) they do have this very good burrito called El'Charrito which was the best!!"

"We ordered kids meals with burritos and rice. Apparently this location adds rice to the burrito. The teller didn’t clarify what we wanted and so our order was completely incorrect and had to wait for a new order, we ended up paying $50+ for a regular meal and 3 kids, how do we even know that is accurate? Horrible experience here."

"This is a place you love or not. I love it by chance. the menu is extensive and they have a beautiful chicago style section. here there is a variety, and so far everything I have tried was good, with bonus allowance for nostalgie for my windy city child. the only thing missing is rc cola!"
