"My wife and I eat at Michi regularly and absolutely love it! We made an order online today and went to pick it up, only to find out that we had messed up the ordering and had accidentally selected rice bowls instead of ramen. When explaining the situation, the manager was very understanding and offered to give us noodles and broth so we could just move the toppings over. Incredibly thankful for what was offered, I asked how much I owed, since I figured there would be a price difference. The manager then went beyond and said not to worry about it. With this level of customer service and just how delicious the food is, we will continue to eat at Michi!"
