"I’ve stayed here before and had a wonderful experience. This time was different. The hotel rep at the front desk was great- friendly and professional. I got in the elevator and it was dirty with trash on the floor and sandy handprints on the wall. It also smelled. I figured it was because it was evening (7pm). My room initially looked great but then I noticed crumbs on the air conditioner that looked like granola. There were more crumbs on the floor as well as other items that should have been vacuumed up. I don’t think the room was vacuumed. I wrestled with complaining and then a flattened raisen fell out of the folded washcloth. When I took the elevator this morning 10:00) it was still dirty like last night. When I checked out I asked for the managers email and was told there wasn’t an email. The attendant gave me the managers name and I did try to call him but he wasn’t available. The attendant was very helpful and said the manager said no one else has complained and this must have been a “one off”; also that they have been really short staffed with housekeeping. I decided to post because I just saw another review similar to mine so they may be struggling to keep a better standard right now."
