"We had such a wonderful experience this evening while stopping off for dinner! We work over the road with our entire family (us and our 4 kids) and was passing through Danbury and decided to stop here. We had the pleasure of having “Tyler” as our waiter and with all honesty, he was THE BEST waiter we’ve ever come across. You see, our oldest son has some minor learning disabilities and it takes him a little longer to process things so every time we go out, it makes us a little nervous to see how the waiters would react when time came to taking his order. Tyler made my eyes watered and as a mother, I could not thank his parents enough for raising such a fine young man. Instead of making my son or any of us feel awkward as most waiters would do, he patiently showed my son where the sides were and read through each one and kindly explained what it was when he saw that my son looked lost. Aside from that, he treated each and every one of us with much respect and kindness, something that we rarely get nowadays. Texas Roadhouse, your food is delicious and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed it but TYLER was definitely the highlight of our evening! And Tyler, if this review makes it to you and you’re reading this right now, we just want you to know that for as long as your heart stays genuine the way it is now, YOU will go far in life and opportunities will await you, son… I promise you that… Thank you for the memorable experience!"
