"The food is good, fresh, and there are lots of veg/vegan options. Also, the owner thinks she knows better than you do how spicy you want your meal and she is right! I wish Busaba was in downtown Louisville, which really needs more veg options."

"I am a frequent flyer to this location. I order online at least once a week. It's almost an episode of Cheers when I walk in the door! My favorite is the Chicken Pesto, but I customize it a bit. I rarely go out to eat at lunch but if I can find something fresh, healthy and quick made by friendly people, then I treat myself to it. If you haven't tried it yet, I suggest you put it on your list of downtown lunch eateries."

"I like California Pizza Kitchen's appetizers a lot and my husband and friends really like their pastas, which are delicious but get less recognition since it's officially a pizza place. I could have the Mediterranean tortilla rolls as a meal on their own! Regardless, since this place is in Oxmoor Mall, it's often a pain to park and they have a 3 drink maximum, so it's not a place to lounge. Instead, we often call in our orders carry out and they will bring everything to your car and then you can go home and relax with some great comfort food. YUM!"

"I went to La Masa this afternoon, and it did not disappoint. I got a chorizo, carnitas verde, and chicken pesto. My favorites were the chorizo and carnitas. While the chicken pesto was good, I recommend sticking to the classic flavors. My go to is usually the lamb barbacoa but they were out. One thing to note is they take more of a trendy approach to empanadas. The atmosphere is awesome. I loved the colorful tiles and bar area. Finally, the service was good. Our waitress was fast to refill our drinks and quick to let us know when she found out that they were out of the type of empanada we wanted (the lamb)."
