"Please don’t waste your money. Service overall was very slow and we waited a full hour for our meals, pub wasn’t even busy!!! Children’s meals came first and I have to say were fine for chicken nuggets, chips and beans. Our mains came five minutes later, steak and ale pie for £13.95 burnt pastry needed a chisel and hammer, three pieces of steak and gravy inside the small round pie and frozen peas, absolute disgrace. No one came to ask if meals were okay or I would have complained and asked for my money back for the adult meals. My husband ate his as he was so hungry. Pubs are complaining about going out of business, little wonder when this is what is being charged for poor service and reheated frozen food. Such a shame because building and beer garden are really quite pleasant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"

"Fair to say that the service provided by this place has progressively worsened over time. Food arrived 2 hours late (ordered at 20:17, arrived at 22:09). Every time i called the restaurant to see where the food was, the person over the phone was dragging it out by saying 15 mins, then 5 mins, then 2 mins. Additionally, they put the phone down on me while i was asking a question. Then the food arrived cold. Furthermore, i received 2 regular portions rather than 2 large portions, of S+P wings and chips, so was also ripped off too (bearing in mind i’ve been ordering from this place for at least 5 years). It’s understandable that it is busy but why lie and provide a time that you can’t keep? Complete lack of consideration for your customers, only focused on money, not the quality of your service or food. You all still have a lot to learn business wise…"

"I have been going here a a couple of years on a regular basis and can honestly say that the quality of the food is as good as if not better than many top end restaurants I've visited (Including in Thailand) I can't understand some...of the bad reviews here. You don't go to Bradford Market and expect luxurious surroundings and table service, but do expect consistently very good food, served with a smile and at a very reasonable price. I see the same faces in there time after time so they must be doing something right. Many people go in an order chicken noodle or chicken rice but i would urge them to try any one of the curries they prepare or the Tom Yum soup because they are as good as anywhere I've eaten."
