"HORRIBLE. This location should give up Thai Express franchisee license. Soup came in foam container not even Thai Express. No Hoisin sauce. Which Thai place doesn't have it??!! Asked for Sriracha and was given 2 pincy containers almost empty with just a drop at the bottom and it was not even Sriracha. Why be so cheap? Don't give the sauce in the name of Sriracha when it's clearly not Sriracha. Chopsticks not Thai Express Branded as well instead simple Chinese take out one's. Broth for soup was not authentic Thai Express more like salty water. Pad Sew was just noodles with sauce and few large pieces of pepper. Definitely won't be coming back."

"Just ordered some takeout, cantonese chow mein was ok but breaded shrimp were absolutely disgusting. They were cooked through ok but the ratio of shrimp to breading left a lot to be desired. They should order some from Golden Lake up on Bovaird to see what is acceptable. These were 90% bread terrible, will never go back Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2"

"We had dinner (well, tried to!) at Thai Express while transiting through Toronto on our way home on March 3, 2017. There was a long lineup of frustrated people waiting over 20 minutes for their order, some had to leave for their flight without their meal despite already paying. The cashier even tried to intervene for customers to no avail. There were 4-5 staff cooking but mostly chatting. We finally received our order after 25 minutes, arrived at our gate to discover it was mistakenly made with shrimp but the correct number on our bill was called out and confirmed. Unable to eat. I contacted the company three weeks ago and still no reply. Bad management and better places to spend your meal dollar at the airport."
