"Was excited to come here because I read the reviews. I went in, sat down, the waiter brought me the stuff I had to eat. That's it! I waited and I waited and no one came to take my order. About 5 minutes or so after I set myself, 2 people went in, he went right to them to take their order. So I sat there a few more, another person went in, he started taking her order, but still here I wait. I stood up and went and said nothing. I looked right at the waiter and he never said a word. Definitely will not return to this place."

"This location of Big Straw is okay, the actual boba balls are flavorless however, the thai tea drink is hit or miss, my favorite right now is chocolate/peanut butter/coffee mix. So so so good!!! Still the best boba you can find in town."

"I tried their pho noodles once before and thought it was ok so came back to order take outs. I arrived at 7: 25 pm but I was told they were closing so couldn't take my orders. But their website says it closes at 8 pm that's why I drove all the way there. Inconsistent service hours may not be appealing to customers. I won't come here again."
