"This was such a bad experience....we spent literally 2 hours for three people with at most 5 tables in use. Nothing but waiting and zero urgency in our waitress (Carlie H). Props to the other employees that did actually come to our table though. To also top it off, we got a sundae that was mint chocolate chip ice cream and was told the ice cream was at the bottom with no chips so they provided a side of them. No biggie. But as I ate, 1/3 of it was literally vanilla ice cream. That's pretty lazy on their part. Ive been in the food industry for 5 years so Im pretty understandable but this was something else. We won't be back at this location, service was so bad that it was comical.?‍"

"Absolutely phenomenal service. Every employee is helpful and caring, and when my kiddo spilt his drink, within a blink of an eye there was an employee cleaning it up. I even got a compliment on my shirt. Food was perfectly cooked, absolutely filling delicious. Highly recommend"
