"Tonight was the first time we have ever had such horrible service here. I was so disappointed. When we were there it wasn't busy, our server took 10 min to take our order, after we got the food she didn't check on us and we sat for 15 min after we were finished for her to even come check on us. I was an am so disappointed. Or server is great at bartending, but not so much as a server."

"Visiting Missouri from Texas and never have this issue at home. Came in to eat lunch today and ordered my usual sandwich. I asked for a Large 12 inch turkey and cheddar sandwich on a baguette. The food comes out with only a 6 inch sandwich. I told the waitress but she said I probably didn’t clarify that I wanted a 12 inch. I told her that I did and she went and checked and said I’ll put it in for you but you’ll have to come pay for it. I said I’m not paying for y’all’s mistake and she said okay then and just walked off. Never had this issue at a McAllister’s at home but the one time I visit in Missouri they get it wrong and were rude."

"The wings were good sauce was perfect proportioned but there were a lot of wings that were just crispy as hell. nothing but crunch. but the Straight Fries Half Order was perfect with the Cajun seasoning. Fries shouldn't be better than the wings though. Wings should be the focal point of the plate"
