"An amazing experience with kite, as always. jess and henry gave up and beyond for my mother birthday, gave us the most beautiful table that let us see the whole restaurant with its tasteful decor, but lärm was on a good volume for intimate talk. the menu never disappointed, the portions are great and the beginners are perfect to mix and combine, even for vegetarian like me. the love for detail is amazing, from the presentation of each teller to the aromes of each season. the staff is knowledgeable and attentive, without being overlaid and I really couldn't recommend a better restaurant in hitchin, be it a special occasion or just a light lunch. ten out of ten on all fronts, we will certainly return."

"This is a poor copy of the Melting Pot. The price of Melting Pot but not the value and service. Very disappointed and I will definitely not be visiting again. Our service had poor food-handling skills. Our food was left on a tray in the open in a high traffic area. I was 100% disappointed."

"Not sure if it’s was because it was a groupon deal, the the menu of choice was poor and we have had better value for our groupon. I was disappointed as I choose this restaurant due to the reviews, but the I wish I hadn’t gone now it was to surprise my partner, the portions were small and basic and we felt hungry after.. so we won’t be returning"

"The waiter mixed up the veggies in our plates. He quickly blamed the kitchen. He even did not offer exchanging for correct veggies. In addition, 4 separate servers mistakenly brought plates for other diners. Also they tried to take our plates before we finished. They were all untrained and have no sense of hospitality. The food was ok. Asparagus Tempura was salty. The dipping sauce was mainly mayo. My swordfish and sauce were cold. The building is nice and the patio is beautiful. The menu is pricey. You would expect high quality of services and food. They failed."
