"We have come to enjoy pluckers. The wings, the flavors, the vibe, drinks on tap. This was my least favorite location and experience yet. We ordered the wings and all you can eat bites. We arrived hungry. And left displeased with everything but Damian our server who was excellent. The all you can basket was horrible. The bites were all dried out and cold. The tots were cold and not seasoned well at all. The second batch was worse then the first. Had my girlfriend not been looking forward to the wings here after they messed up her wings and the horrible bites I received we would have left. Even after bringing to the attention of the manager Larry, we felt like we were not taken care of by anyone but Damien. I will not return here. Would rather drive to the Selma or North Star location."

"The best wings I’ve had in a long time. Food was great, customer service was great, great environment. The manager Taylor’s hospitality was amazing and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Overall, just a great time. Will definitely be coming back every weekend!"

"I don't know what it is about pluckers that keeps us coming back. The food used to be good. Every once in a while the food is kind of good now. This last trip was just a joke. We went on a day when the world cup was playing. First mistake. We got the appetizers relatively quickly. I would say within 15 minutes of ordering and the waitress said your food should be out shortly. 48 minutes later my husband and I both looked at each other and just thought this isn't going to be a very good meal. My sandwich was so cold and had been sitting there so long. The bottom bun was not a bun any longer. It was just a pile of mush. He took one bite of his chicken and said nope and we got up. As much as I want pluckers to be what it used to be, it is no longer. Going to have to resist the urge and bite the bullet and drive home slice if we want good wings."

"Our family soggy wings and our children cold Mac n' cheese were not worth a picture.. Due to the appearance of management and employees, this place is much over micromanaged and the menu selection is really not on today's standards of health. Make your self a favor and look for better quality food somewhere else. Remember, you can always watch the game on your phone!"

"We had called to place an order as we were leaving Nebraska Furniture Mart towards home. The girl who answered the phone stated I needed to use the App to place an order. I told her I was driving and could not use the App as I was talking to her and could just place my order as humans talking to humans. She could not grasp that concept. So I hung up and called Buffalo Wild Wings who took my order over the phone like a human being. I then called the Pluckers store the next day to tell my story. They were going to send a card to make up for the issue. Never got the card. It's to bad because I love the Pluckers Wing product, but their customer care skills really are lacking. UPDATE. I sent an email to dwhite and still heard nothing. At least you guys are consistent. UPDATE: Spoke with Jessica who was very nice about the issue. Got my gift card and will give them another try."

"Went there yesterday 10/22/21 for a bite to eat. Actually never ate at a pluckers before. It turned out to be very delicious. Decided to eat a burger and fries instead of typically grabbing wings at a mostly chicken restaurant. Also ended up catching one of my favorite radio shows there doing a live spot!"

"A decent price, a bit too expensive, what can I say? The service took a little, but the place was packed so I can understand. The food was close to dying when we got it. Try another place next time, or I could come back to give him another shot."

"Sugar on the fries?!!. Ate here on a weekday for lunch. Wings were great. I had to ask the server if maybe the cook mixed up his sugar and salt shakers, because the fries had sugar on them...wtf? I'm already eating fried potatoes, no need to make it even worse. Plus, it makes them taste bad.<br/ <br/ All-in-all, we liked this place. Will definitely go back for the wings, but will get something other than fries."
