"We had honestly the worst service before we even sat down which overshadowed everything after. Our reservation was for 6pm and when we arrived they said it would be another 20-30 minutes. We checked back at 6:30 and they said they would text us when our table was ready. By 7pm, we still hadn’t heard from them. We talked to the hostess again about our table and our reservation from an hour ago and they said their system said we were already seated and they were waiting on us. We never received a text, and had obviously checked in with them multiple times. The manager blamed us (Adrian) rather than just saying sorry and seating us, he wanted to argue about it. Additionally he said they don’t usually use open table, except they had a printed sign right there at the hostess stand that said “Reservations only via open table.” Meanwhile, 3 other parties near us were experiencing the same delay in reservations. The food was good but not worth the wait. The wine list was awful (I tried both their Pinot their cab which were really bad. Tasted like the bottle had been left open for 2 days). They push their shakes pretty hard and we honestly just wanted to get out of there. Will never go back or recommend this place. The worst part is we never never given an apology. Bad service makes or breaks an experience and that was definitely the case here."
