"I loved the pizza. not only I liked the texture, but also the crust was super delicious. we sat on a table of the bar side that looked out (which I post a photo of it) and very enjoyed being there. Not to mention that it is located right next to a parking space that is for scottsdale quarter and they have no problems parking their car. but if they find the weather good, they sit outside. I'm sure they enjoy more."

"My best friend from college lives on the East Coast, close to NYC. I get to travel to New Jersey and NY a couple of times per year. Of course, each time I go, I seek out a different pizza restaurant to try. NY ruined me for pizza in Idaho until I foundGrimaldi's. The pizza came out perfectly. A little black on the crust (from the flour) that brushed off. The cheese was great,the sauce was perfect. While I ate, I noted that they had several Door Dashers come in. I said to my date that several of theDashers were just carrying the pizza out in the box without a warming bag. I could bet that those pizzas wouldn't be hot whenthey arrive at the customer's house. That seems more of a Door Dash issue though. I did take a couple of pieces home and hadthem the next day. The very best way to warm up the pizza is to use a skillet. Yes, I'm serious. The crust absorbs the sauce abit and if you just warm it in the oven, the crust isn't as crisp as day one. But if you do it in a skillet, you can regain thatcrunch on the bottom that it had on day one."

"From our normal pizza place to taste grimaldi. we were greeted and sat fast when we came in. decoration was great! had server ryan, who was also excellent! made several recommendations and was very friendly. the pizza we ordered was a simple traditional style with only cheese/pepperoni. it was one of the best thin crust pizzas I had. we will definitely be back!"

"Manager really should watch the servers tables better. This last time we were there the service was awful. Argued about drinks we ordered,had me go up to the POS system to run my gift card and instead of handing me the check directly she said she needed to put it all together to bring to us. 15 minutes later we still didn’t have the check, and after the manager walked by our table, to deal with another one of her tables, my husband finally went inside to get our check himself. No apology, nothing. Anytime we have any issue their management definitely doesn’t seem to care. The managers tend to be more interested in being the expeditor cutting pizza."

"Grimaldis brick over coal fired pizza in Dallas is absolutely fantastic. Hand tossed dough and great ingredients make an absolute killer pizza. The giant calzones 12 to 18 inches come with mozzarella and ricotta cheese, then you add whatever toppings you want and it comes with a side of marinara. It's a very rich and flavorful combination. The cheese pizza was excellent, sliced mozzarella cheese on first and then splashed with a great pizza sauce, cooked to perfection! Definitely satisfied this fat kid!"

"We sat at the bar and had a great time! Wonderful drinks and service. The pizza is awesome with a crispy crust. New York style and they even make the water for the dough like New York water. The salad was excellent and very fresh. Not super fast but worth the wait!"
