"They just made my day and it was my birthday. Omg what to mention and what to drop? everything is amazing here. You are treated like family here, I just love the people. Good people. The food? the food is outstanding. I would have said the omelettes are the star of the show but then what about the Swedish lingonberry pancakes, the home made yoghurt, the mimosas, Bloody Mary and whatever comes out of that kitchen. We?ve found our place nothing can come between us and brunch at this place every weekend! We love y?all and can?t wait till we get back from Alaska to just come back here."

"Was in Galway with eight other people and this was the only place that had space for a nine person outdoor reservation, I now understand why. The staff are absolutely useless and seem unwilling and incapable of doing their job. Our group and others seated outside were constantly ignored by staff and had to routinely go inside to put in an order. One particular young lad seemed to actively avoid doing any work, preferring to ignore us when we signaled we wanted to order and to take our empty plates which had been on the table for around thirty minutes. When he did eventually come over and we were passing plates towards him he said I won 't overwork myself and walked inside with a single plate. Another member of staff seemed to indicate that the young lad was well known for being lazy when he also came to take our plates. Food drink was poor, Guinness was flat, like something from shitlondonguinness, whiskey sour was only half of a small glass, and after waiting for extended periods of time orders were either incorrect or never brought out, I 'm still dreaming of that jug of water that never arrived. I asked for a medium rare steak and it came out well done which is a pretty big mess-up with regards to steak. As we were stuck outside it became cold so a number of people asked for blankets. One person asked on four occasions for the waitress to bring out a blanket, which she never did. Eventually said person walked in to the quiet, indoor area of the restaurant where there were very few customers to find all of the staff just standing around, having chats and laughing. When asked if she could have a blanket the server just fobbed her off and said I couldn 't find one . Would have been nice if she had told us that instead of leaving us waiting like idiots! Overall customer service is non-existent here, drinks are poor and food is just ok at best."
