"We enjoyed Fish Camp. Ambiance is a cross between a diner and a get away seafood shack, it’s very pleasant and kid friendly. The food is simple and delicious but nothing extraordinary. The catfish beignets are marinated and fried catfish nuggets (not catfish inside a beignet) and delicious. The garlic bread and especially the smoked fish dip were wonderful! The fried fish platter was plentiful and good. Multiple people agreed the shrimp was the best on the platter b/c it had a salty, seafood taste to it. The redfish on the half shell was simply prepared, perfectly cooked and delicious. The drinks were wonderful and service was excellent. Overall a little pricey for the simple food, but it was good and we would recommend it."
