"Went to Red Robins in Vancouver with a group of three friends while on vacation, when we first got there we ordered and then proceeded to wait for our food, we received our food which was ok. The server Perry then proceeded to ignore us...and would not come and ask us if we would like anything after giving us our food. Meanwhile everyone around us continued to receive what appeared to be good service. The people who arrived after us were already receiving their bills so after waiting almost an hour with him still ignoring us and tending to everyone around us I walked up to him and directly asked for our bills and one takeout container, he glared at me and didn’t say anything and proceeded to tend to all of the tables around us. After waiting another minutes he still refused to give us our bill and ignored us continuing to help all of the people around us, so we had to go and ask for the manager and ask her for our bill: she then apologized for the way we were treated, gave us NO explanation and told us that it was just the way he was and that we would receive NO apology.... it was a terrible experience altogether and that man should be fired. We were nothing but respectful and kind and did not deserve that treatment at all! A total waste of an hour and minutes simply because the server didn’t like us for no reason? It may have been because we are native, but that is no excuse.. I run a very successful business and we are all successful business people who did not deserve one second of that.."
