"Staff was quick to take our order. Restaurant was very clean and well organized for how busy they were. Subs were generously sized and very good tasting. Will definitely be going back to try other subs. Pepsi products at the fountain. It's a very busy street corner so getting in and out can be tricky sometimes."

"We like Potbelly! And we have finally made our youngest to try it after visiting another nearby restaurant. He even saw it! I have eaten the wreck most visits, but choose a salad of this visit. Maybe it wasn't quiet enough salad anyway."

"Gyros are fantastic, but Pommes were not cooked by the last visits. Fries were not completely cooked. The Italian beef and gros are always exceptional and they also have great Chicago Dogs."

"I?m fairly certain the health department needs to give you guys a visit. I?m still confused on how one piece of this made it on my sandwich let alone all of it. I ordered a NY steamer which came to over $13 and this is what my pastrami looked like. At least 80% of it is fat. It feels like pure rubber and is impossible to eat. I didn?t even get an apology from staff while getting my money refunded. Worst meal and service I?ve ever had. EDIT: Anna thanks for your response. Yes the sandwich is alarming, I will never eat firehouse again. Would you eat at a place that served something like that to you? What a joke."
