"We sailed the Panama itinerary on our recent cruise and enjoyed every minute of it despite my nearly losing my left hand middle finger due to the heat swelling it so much my titanium ring had to be cut off with a diamond rotary cutter. My wife and I loved the slides, go carts, virtual gaming experience, spa, and most of the excursions. The entertainment shows were fab and the resident Temperature Band was top class with a fab singer. The dining options were very good and we used 5 of the specialty dining options with only one disappointment at the Italian Onda by Scarpatti restaurant where we both chose veal that was inedible, tough and sinewy, it let the ship down completely! We have booked for the new Viva next year in July around the Med, hope it's Italian is much better! Of the excursions, the best were in the more civilised areas of Mexico and the United States, the others took too long to reach by either coach, boat or truck and then we had no time left to enjoy the place we were going to before we had to get back on the transport to get back to the ship! We would suggest the cruise directors make sure better information is given out in future giving distance and times to reach the destination points. Our stateroom attendant was excellent and our stateroom was very comfortable with an adequate balcony. I got stuck in the middle of the fast slide due to wearing a rash vest and had to get out through an escape hatch, but went on it again without the vest and all went well. Sun loungers and sun umbrellas were plenty on the decks, and waiter Services were good. Overall a great hiday cruise, loved San Francisco stay at the end of the cruise too."

"I booked to go here for a work leaving do, and rang up on the day to confirm and also add two people. I was told no problem they would squeeze a chair in. howerver when we got there were told there was no space, and we picked a bad time a friday night, the time i assume people go to such things no?, very very rude staff, no drinks service at all, tooks hours to get the food, friend ordered vege lasagne, was given a meat one then forgotten about, was told we were in the way by one waitor! avoid for big groups that said i wont be going here again, i usually like the food here but if they cant handle big parties they shouldnt take bookings for them"

"I have sent this email twice to request a response but none forthcoming,shame: Subject: Gluten Free Good Morning, I came to the restaurant last night at 5pm table booked online). I ordered a Philly cheese pizza on a gluten free base . About 1hr...later I started to feel symptoms of being glutened (having had diagnosed coeliac disease for 25 years now I am very well versed in the difference between this and any other ailment I was attending a concert and because I was so poorly I missed a chunk of the first half of the performance. The body reacts by rejecting the gluten in the fastest possible way (vomiting and diarrhoea, most unpleasant , particularly on a night out, I'm sure you will agree) and leaves you feeling very weak for days afterwards. If a gluten free diet is not adhered to this can result in bowel cancer and other serious implications. We spent a lot of money for this treat , including a stay over in a hotel so you can imagine how this impacted on the whole experience. I just wanted to make you aware as I know you take pride in your service and the server told us the gluten free base recipe had been revised recently. It's very important to get this right as people who are truly coeliac have very real and unpleasant reactions if gluten is digested. Please can you respond so that I feel able to safely return to the restaurant."

"Marios is a small local Italian Restaurant that has been here for years. We used to come here years ago but have not been for a long time. 3 of us popped in at 6:30 on a Saturday night and the restaurant was very busy...with young families. Managed to get the 2nd last available table. Happy hour prices were excellent at £10.95 for 2 courses. The young waiter was very helpful and had a great sense of humour. Food arrived very quick and while it wasn't the biggest of portions it was tasty and well presented. The potato skins were polished off in seconds, the black pudding starters took a little while longer as the black pudding was a little over crispy. We all had pasta dishes for mains and they were all piping hot and delicious. House wine was la smidge under £13 a bottle and we could of quite happily had 2. Good local restaurant, very reasonably priced with great wait staff and good basic food."

"Eating here is exquisite and the service is top notch. I had the steak that was huge and was drowned in the blue cheese sauce. my friend ordered the shoulder of the lamb, I stole something and it melts in your mouth. I could not recommend this restaurant anymore."

"I am so often here that I have lost the count now and it was always great! I always get the same pasta every time as it is so delicious (the francesca pasta will cook the pasta they want in every form. Whenever I dared something else, even though I never had anything from here I didn't like! service is always very friendly and very good value for money. I will come back, as they are still disappointed!"
