"Came here yesterday with 2 friends and 3 children in total. The first waitress we had was fantastic. Spoke in Italian to my Italian friend. Food was really nice, but the manager walking around the room looked to be in a really bad mood with...no smiles for customers. After we had finished, it took over 20 minutes for the staff to clear our table and bring out the childrens desserts we tried several times to get their attention as they rushed past us and we felt ignored. By this point the children were getting fidgety, totally understandable. This caused a fair few dirty looks from the manager. If the table was cleared sooner we would have eaten dessert and left so I felt the looks were totally unjustified and not on when we are pay3her wage with our custom. This was my first time eating here, and though the food was lovely. I wont come back due to the slow service . (apart from the Italian waitress who was lovely, shame she couldn't have looked after us the whole time)"

"Another decent sub from Subway, just let down by incompetent staff. On this visit the member of staff forgot to put the ham in the Italian BMTs that I ordered. Not sure whether this was due to the fact that she was too busy...chatting to other staff or whatever.. Not the end of the world, just annoying."

"Good visit to Norwich Market and found this little gem for a coffee. Tempted to have a Cappuccino with a French Lavender Syrup Weird but delicious !!! Great Service and then tempted to eat a chocolate profiterole filled with crème Anglaise.... again, delicious. Added to our List of Must Try Again !!!"

"I usually do not interrupt with reviews after a meal, but after my visit, one had to take off. had a fantastic experience at pinocchio on a last Saturday night and celebrated my birthday together with 9 friends. warm friendly greetings at arrival, seating and drinks ordered. this place has a beautiful atmosphere, decor and attentive staff. Eating ordered and drinks flow, does not have to wait an old until the food is presented and presented it was. and all together! the service could not owe, no one had to wait alone for their court, all served immediately and pierced hot. everything seemed effortless for these youngs! and all the plates were returned empty I had the prawn tagliatelle (30) and asked if chili could be added to which they were, and can honestly say that this is probably the best dish I had in a long time, or come to think it ever! 5 stars of me. pinocchio! They should be very proud of what they do, and the personal it does. well done! will certainly recommend, and return."

"Was on the way from a cold and wet trackday in snetterton and needed a nice house cooked meal! this met the nail on the head after some good reviews to see. we had made after home cake from the menu that they went out of a good selection of cakes, with a selection of different kartoffels and vegetables to go with. there was a good selection of other items, including appetizers and locally produced ice cream. the chef brought out the food and made sure everything was in order. the personal was friendly and let us open a register card. the amenities were very clean and has baby change facilities in the ladies. eating is fantastic and I would recommend this place very much. will definitely be a box stop again for us in the future!"
