"I ordered their tri tip sandwich online for pick up. The sandwich was very tasty; the meat was excellent and the bread was fresh. The sandwich was a bit dry, I think the addition of some BBQ sauce might have been excellent, but I didn't think to ask for any on the side when picking up my order, and I'm glad they didn't add any when making the sandwich as it would have made the sandwich soggy. The order also came with a large serving of french fries, which were very good. They also included two biscuits with butter, which were very tasty as well. The online service for the restaurant was fine, with text and email updates on the order. The only downside I had was the estimated time for the order was almost an hour. I arrived about 45 minutes after placing my order and the restaurant itself was not very busy. When I inquired about my order, they went to check and it was ready. Not sure if nobody marked that it was ready online, or if it was just good timing and was ready right as I arrived. Either way it was still some great food and the staff were all friendly and helpful."
