"We were seated upstairs and there was a terrible draft up there. It was cold with the door open. Drinks took a while to get to us but food took slightly over 1 hour. They apologised and said they’d sort something with the bill. Which they didn’t and it was easier to leave than make a fuss. The chips were definitely reheated at least once some of them were really hard. Burgers were good. Chicken wings weren’t hot just medium temperature. I understand they were down chefs in the kitchen. However prehaps they should have stopped the Deliveroo orders in preference to seated diners, or maybe shouldn’t have seated so many at the same time. Let the kitchen catch up."
