"I don’t think there are words to discrabe the way I am feeling right now .... so last night was my birthday.. I went out with my friend in dalston on the corner of the street we met amazing person who was promoting Jazz bar he said drinks are half price in there.. my friend mentioned to him that is my birthday and he said happy birthday and said go to jazz bar see Robert the owner) and tell him that is my birthday and the first drink is free. So we did go in. Small place looked busy so we decided to stay. I asked what whiskey they had .. they only had grands not what I drink so I asked if they have any other .. I been told no .. ok so I ask for rose .. once again they didn’t have what I asked for.. this young member of staff was apologising and he was kind enough to make me a fantastic cocktail.. through the night we had 2 more drinks.. when was time to pay we were asked to pay full price.. I spoke with member of staff and told him we were told that first drink he free and the rest half price .. the member of staff said ok and he did just that .. he was really friendly and nice.. few minutes after we paid the owner marched to the memeber of staff who was so brilliant all night pulled him in to a kitchen at the back and started to scream at him then he shut the door and we could still hear him have a go at the staff member. .. when they cane out the member of staff was told not to talk to us or serve us again... I couldn’t believe what I was seen it... so I went out for a cigarette.. the owner Robert small black man with glasses) came out I asked him politely if I can ask him a question he rudely replied “I am not interested” at this point I could not believe what I was seen what kind of owner does that??? He stormed back in and very rudley with no manners at all was telling people to get up from a table as he want to move the table and they not allowed to sit there.. so myself and my friend decided to leave as we were not going to stay in a place where the owner is bullying staff .. is rude to costumers.. as we went out we were saying buy to the door man .. from nowhere the owner came out and said he is going to call the police ... now that was it for me .. so I waited outside and waited and police were nit coming I really wanted them too... the owner kept on looking at us through the window popped his head out .. I did say to him I am waiting for the police as I could not see what we have done wrong... BE VERY AWARE OF THIS PLACE DONT GO THERE THIS MAN ROBERT IS NOT A NICE PERSON HE IS A BULLY WITH LOTS OF ISSUES... I will be making complain to training jstandards and everywhere else I can .. this man should not run a business .. his staff does not deserve this .. they were absolutely fabulous all of them.."
