"Nice food but poor customer service and attitude from the management. Staff accepted our order with Cafe Rouge vouchers and then when we went to pay the bill they refused to accept the same vouchers we had shown them when ordering saying that this was because we had ordered from the set menu. Offhand attitude from management. Would have been happy to pay cash for the meal if the manager had had the common courtesy to apologise for his mistake."

"We needed to have a business meeting in London and this restaurant is very convenient to Victoria Station. The service was very slow, which suited us fine as we were discussing business, but could have been disastrous had we been in a hurry. There were a lot of groups eating, because it is Christmas of course, which probably slowed it down. When the food came, it was fresh and hot and very good value for money."
