"Ordered the veggie pasta and was saved by the workers when they told me that the pasta was made with iron. I switched to the cauliflower crust pizza and learned that it was made with cheese. these people could have kept these details, but the time taken to support my nutrition and my lifestyle. respect for Woody’s and wife Lisa, because they are awesome people."

"Amazing is about the best word that comes to mind. This is the first time I have ever been to a McAlister's and I will definitely be back. The meat was moist, the bread was fresh and the taste was perfect. You totally have to try the fresh Spuds too! I love a potatoes! My son even said that this location is way better than the Amarillo location. Oh and the Assistant Manager has the best customer service I have seen in a fast food location. Thank you for a great dinner!!!"

"Our first visit! definitely not our last, when everything was really good. (including our first Turkish coffee) mezza sampler, gyro sandwich, baklava Turkish coffee all tasted great. the staff was also very friendly! we had a great lunch. really enjoyed."

"Mixed feeling about this place. The decor and interior looks great! Very modern with Mayan-themed art work located throughout. Thankfully we were one of the first groups when they opened so they were able to seat our party of 10 very quickly. They have a great brunch deal where you can get a mimosa for $1 if you order an entree. I tried the Tikal Skillet which was great! The fried potatoes were perfectly crisp and the steak was seasoned perfectly. There was also a peach pancake which I was not a fan of but that could be just me because it seemed to be made of cornmeal and was pretty gritty. Our server was a nice person but a little forgetful. The skillet was supposed to come with sour cream, salsa, and toast or tortillas but I didn't get my tortillas until halfway through and never received the sour cream and salsa. A few of us asked for some of their hot sauce (fyi super spicy and super delicious) but only one was brought to us so we had to flag our server down to get enough for all that asked for one. At the end our bill was split incorrectly too. Totally understand that keeping up with a large group as well as other tables can be overwhelming but it was kind of a let down experience."

"The sandwich was great. But I did not receive my Brookie But I was charged for it. This is the third time that McAlisters has messed up my order. But when you call the store to tell them they say its not their problem. I love their food but they have young people that dont care about customer service."

"I love this location! These are my people! I visit this location literally 5-7 times a week. I consume about a bag of their ice per day (2 in the summer). Without fail, on every shift, the staff is patient and helpful and when I work late and can't get there before they close they have always been more than willing to accommodate me in anyway they can to ensure that I don't go without! And, let's not forget the food is always hot, orders are ready quick, and MOST IMPORTANTLY.....THE ORDERS ARE ALWAYS CORRECT! THESE ROCKSTARS ARE MY MVPS!!"

"Ordered a salad and had not one but 3 of these big core pieces in it. Basically became a side salad. Didn’t have what I order but luckily my door dasher contacted me for a replacement. Otherwise the rest of order was good including what was left of the salad. Suggestion throw the core pieces in the trash"
