"Half of my meal was unbearable. Ordered a plate with orange chicken, Teriyaki chicken and chow mine. The Teriyaki chicken is depicted as cut white meat chicken, but I received lumps of fat and gristle mixed with a little dark meat in threw it all away. Orange chicken taste was okay, but inferior chicken with many Nerdy pieces. Everything was lukewarm and tasted old. Daughter had $9 bowl that had Chow mine and about 6 small pieces of orange chicken. I wanted to call, but no one would answer the phone. Never again!"

"Love this place. They recognize my husband and I when we come in before work are always so friendly. A little difficult sometimes when ordering online because of limitations when ordering, but you can always call the store. My husband loves the smokehouse brisket or cajun chicken I love the veggie sub. The bread is always so soft fresh. Definitely recommend!"

"It took 25 minutes to get my food, but I still give it 5/5 because: First, the food is excellent. The chicken actually tastes as if they were properly marinated, spicy is indeed spicy, and the sweet and tangie is not exaggerated. You can actually taste the individual flavors of meat and vegetables, which means that the ingredients were well maintained and not frozen too long. Next, the manager Elaine was quick to respond to a mistake that happened during the noon. My drink I ordered was not charged, so I paid twice. This is a simple mistake during the busy lunch hours, so it's okay. Here's what really attracted me a bit: I was told that the Veggie sites would take about 8-10 minutes and one said to wait on the parking lot because the food is brought to me. The food never came. At 20 minutes later at 12:18 I went after my lost cold order and said that the order now waited for more kung pao chicken. It looked like I got my food 30 minutes after my order, which meant that I and my family in the parking lot for 30 minutes with the motor with the AC (we have small children). I've been upset. Since I often came to this chain, I felt the need to find out if this is a regular occurrence, so I could eat somewhere else instead of being in a hurry. I had to talk to the manager. That impressed me. Manager Elaine actually agreed to me and came up with me about the bad experience without arguments at all! She told me if the customer had experienced this, she would have done the same thing as me. She immediately talked to her staff and her attitude changed immediately and set my meal just like my family wanted. I am convinced for one that my experience is a rare phenomenon and even if it happens again, I have a feeling that Elaine will make it right. Even though the experience at panda express was longer than expected. The experience was 5/5. Thanks for the delicious meal. I would still recommend this place to my family and friends."

"I have her special of the day, vegan BBQ jackfruit tacos, with one side of black beans and rice. I only ate half of rice and beans because the tacos were so filled. It was delicious. One of the best places I tried in the PCB!"
