"Low customer service. it took 45 minutes for an online order. at least 6 foot-ins are served and left while waiting for my order. was very rudely treated when I asked for an update on my order, was caught and said to be patient! they finally saw them make my sandwich, it was in the queue for the entire 30 minutes I stood there, wait there to be finished, but they moved the walk in front of my sandwich. I had already paid and included a 20 tipp! but it didn't matter to them. has filed a complaint online about my experience with jersey mikes, which has also gone unanswered, they obviously don't give d about customer service. I'm not going back."

"Honestly not the best experience. So after I placed the order, I was told to wait on the side for a text. The text came a little early and I was confused when I got to the counter when I didn't see my food. But I got my food. And it was amazing. I had a chicken shack sandwich. My company had the shack burger. She ate it up. My sandwich was delicious. Lastly I had a basket of fries. It was the freshest basket of fries I have had in a while. 5/5 for the fries. There is a chik Fila in the same food court. I think I made the right selection between the two. Really good."

"Appetizers came out very late. Main course came out before appetizers. Took forever to get our food. We were almost done eating and some members of our party did not receive their main course meal. Aside from the delays and mixups the atmosphere was as great. It’s a vibe for sure . Food was delicious i would say 10/10"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. the waiting time is ridiculous, the workers are rude and the quality is sub par. avoid them if they can. I understand that it is in a favorable situation, but it is really terrible. As an assistant at another dunkin, I can't understand how a company can load it so hard to crash. After 5 very minutes sitting there waiting for my order to be takin, I just said hi? and the lady cried to give her a minute. I just ran away. it is too regrettable."
